Text Box: Program Description YCAP operates three emergency shelters for homeless families. Two shelters are located in McMinnville and one is in Newberg with a combined capacity of twelve families. Each family is assigned one bedroom and they must share kitchen, bathroom, and living room facilities with other families in the shelter. Initial stay is approved for 90 days, with an option to request extensions thereafter.
