Text Box: How We Operate
Text Box: The Youth Program operates under the umbrella of YCAP (Community Action Agency of Yamhill County). YCAP is a private non-profit organization whose mission is “to advocate for and assist persons toward self-sufficiency.”

Funding for the Youth Program comes from a variety of resources including state, county, businesses and individuals. Because it is a non-profit organization, all donations qualify for a tax deductible receipt.

A Youth Advocate is available to assist with developing and implementing services to youth and their families. Participation in the Newberg-Dundee Youth Program is voluntary and free of charge. Youth and families participate in services as they choose.
